Product Introduction

Junhe human-machine interface (HMI) is a core electronic control operation supporting equipment for water-jet and air-jet looms, specially developed and designed for the high-humidity and dusty working conditions of textile workshops. As the core interaction hub between the loom and the operator, it seamlessly adapts to Junhe's A2/A3/A4/A6 full series of integrated electronic control systems, standard equipped with a 7-inch IP67 high-grade waterproof touch screen, combined with encoders, four-color signal lights, control buttons and other auxiliary components, to realize visual setting of loom process parameters, real-time monitoring of equipment operation status, and intuitive feedback of fault information. It is easy to operate and sensitive in response, which greatly reduces the threshold of loom operation, improves the efficiency of weaving process adjustment and the ability of equipment operation management and control, and provides stable and intelligent human-machine interaction support for the efficient production of textile mills.

  2. Realize visual setting of various loom process parameters, including loom speed, weft density, let-off and take-up tension, weft selection mode, etc., with precise and intuitive parameter adjustment.
  3. Real-time display of equipment operation status, through four-color signal indicator light linkage, clearly feedback the normal operation, fault, standby, warning and other status of the loom.
  4. Real-time display of fault code and problem cause when equipment fails, realizing rapid fault location and reducing equipment downtime for troubleshooting.
  5. Support one-key storage and retrieval of process parameters, can save multiple sets of weaving process parameters, quickly switch when changing fabric styles, improving flexible production efficiency.
  6. Linkage with loom encoder, tension sensor and other components, real-time reception of equipment operation data, realizing dynamic monitoring of the weaving process.
  7. Adapt to 1-4 channel weft feeder/accumulator supporting operation, can directly set multi-color weft selection related parameters on the interface, realizing coordinated control of weft feeder/accumulator and loom.

Q1: The touch screen is easy to get oil and water stains in the textile workshop, will the operation be affected?

A: The touch screen of this product is made of special anti-fouling, waterproof and wear-resistant material, combined with IP67 high-grade waterproof design. Even if it is contaminated with oil and water stains, it can restore sensitive touch immediately after wiping, which is not affected by the harsh working conditions of the workshop at all, and the touch precision will not decrease after long-term use.

 

Q2: Can the interface display the running status of multiple looms at the same time? Does it support centralized management and control?

A: The basic version can realize independent control and status display of a single loom. For the whole line production demand of textile mills, a multi-machine linkage centralized management and control version can be customized, realizing parameter setting, status monitoring and fault feedback of multiple looms on one human-machine interface, which greatly improves the workshop management efficiency.

 

Q3: Will the wrong touch setting by the operator lead to the disorder of process parameters? Are there any protective measures?

A: The interface has a built-in parameter mis-touch protection function, which can set the operation password permission. The adjustment of key process parameters requires a password, and it also supports a parameter modification confirmation pop-up window, which effectively avoids parameter disorder caused by the operator's mis-touch and ensures the stability of weaving production.

 

Q4: If the touch screen has faults such as black screen and freezing, is there an emergency operation method?

A: Equipped with emergency physical control buttons, even if the touch screen fails, the basic operations such as start and stop, slow inching of the loom can be realized through the buttons to ensure uninterrupted production; at the same time, the equipment has a built-in fault self-diagnosis function, which can quickly locate the cause of the touch screen fault and facilitate maintenance.

 

Q5: Can the human-machine interface be used universally for different models of Junhe electronic control systems?

A: Junhe human-machine interface is a universal model for the whole series, which can seamlessly adapt to all models of integrated electronic control systems of A2/A3/A4/A6 without separate customization. When replacing or upgrading the electronic control system, the original human-machine interface can continue to be used, reducing the cost of equipment upgrading.

 

Q6: How long is the service life of the touch screen? Is the cost of replacing the screen high in the later period?

A: The touch screen adopts industrial-grade special accessories, and the design life can reach 8-10 years under normal use, which is much higher than ordinary civil touch screens; the screen is of modular design, easy to replace, and the price of original accessories is only 60%-70% of that of imported competitors, with low later replacement cost.

 

Q7: Can the process parameters of the interface be exported and backed up? Prevent data loss?

A: It supports the export and import backup function of process parameters. Multiple sets of process parameters stored in the interface can be exported and saved through a USB flash drive. Even if the equipment is replaced or restored to factory settings, the original parameters can be imported quickly without re-debugging to avoid data loss.

A: Built-in voltage stabilization, overvoltage and undervoltage protection modules, which can adapt to the voltage fluctuation of 380/415V±10% in the workshop.
