A direct drive variable frequency drive with permanent magnet energy-saving motor solution specially built for water-jet and air-jet looms. It integrates the core technology of direct drive motors with a variable frequency speed regulation system, abandons traditional mechanical transmission structures such as pulleys and belts, takes the DC permanent magnet motor as the core, and is matched with exclusive frequency conversion control technology to realize efficient, energy-saving and precise control of the main drive of the loom. The motor has built-in practical functions such as speed regulation, fixed-angle start/stop, and slow jog, and is deeply adapted to Junhe's A2/A3/A4/A6 series electronic control systems, which greatly reduces kinetic energy loss, improves weaving efficiency and equipment stability, and provides an integrated solution for textile mills to achieve energy-saving transformation and capacity upgrading.
